"Don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think about your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey."

Great Grandparents
One of our favorite things to do is visit my grandparents in Brigham City. I feel so lucky and blessed that my kids get to know them and have them be a part of their lives.
Arches Adventure
I had to go down to Moab for a work meeting so we decided to leave Jack at home and make a little vacation out of it. We were able to do some hiking together and had so much fun!
Peter Pan
My mom invited Cooper and I to see Peter Pan at the Covey Center. What she failed to mention was that it was a BALLET! I was worried about Coop surviving, but he really liked it. It was actually pretty good and a lot of fun with my mom and Lily.
Ghosts...
If you ever want to see your kids squirm, take them to Santaquin to eat at the Family Tree. The waitresses will tell you all about the ghosts that live there.
This picture is of the boys looking in the back room where the ghosts live.

Mrs. Riley
Coop adored his first grade teacher, Mrs. Riley. It was her first year teacher but was fantastic! Coop cried and cried on his last day at Riverview.
Jack's Disneyland Nightmare!
Because I had just taken Coop to Disneyland two months prior, I decided to take Jack last November. He hated it! I have to wonder if he's really my child. Even now if you ask him if he wants to go he'll say "no way! I hate Pirates!" I think he'll be staying home with his Dad from now on.
Our trip to the ER
Thanks to a misdiagnosis from a doctor, we were so lucky to get to visit the ER on Thanksgiving. Luckily it was only strep and was quickly fixed with some medicine. Needless to say we've since found a new doctor.
