Cooper and Derek just came back from walking to the mailbox. When they walked up to me in the garage, Cooper held out his hands and said "I got you a present mommy!" He was so excited to give me some leaves and a rock. This is my first gift from Cooper that he came up with all on his own. He can be such a stinker sometimes, but moments like this are priceless!

I am amazed that when you become a Mom it's things like rocks and leaves that make you happy. :) Kids are awesome!
How cute is that. It's always fun to have gifts like that on display for a few days and then when he's in bed at night, toss it. Hopefully he doesn't ask where the leaf and rock are the next day. hee hee.
