Christmas Eve

One Christmas Eve when I was younger, my family decided to finally ditch the Chili tradition on Christmas Eve and we set out to find some place to go "out" to eat. We lived in PG and the only place we could find open was a little (and really gross looking place) called Lee's Chinese Restaurant. After that year, we fell in love with going there each year on Christmas Eve. The first time we went there we were the only people in the entire place. It really felt like the family from "A Christmas Story". Since then, Lee's has now been turned into a Little Acorn hamburger joint, but the tradition to go out on Christmas Eve remains. I do think we stepped it up a bit this year. Richie picked Outback Steakhouse (which was MUCH better than Lee's-- although I do miss their pineapple chicken!) So here are the pictures of our night. There were 8 adults and 11 kids all piled into a few tables pushed together. And we were even missing 8 others!

Ewwwwwwwwwww ! Doesn't Luke's food look GROSS!

Our Poor Waitress!

Always have to have a cute picture of Jordan!

I'm not sure what Micailey was trying to do here, but it looks like she is hungry!

Awww! My adorable boys!!

Pretty sure I have the cutest nieces and nephews!

Looks like a great tradition. The best part is no mess to clean up! Cute pictures!

I remember for one of your lessons in church, you said that your family had a tradition that you would go to a Chinese place around Christmas time, and you handed out fortune cookies. Looks like your family has fun.
